About Cheryl

Cheryl Scott is a licensed real estate agent in Los Angeles. Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, she attended UCLA and received her bachelor’s degree in 1999. An entrepreneurial spirit was instilled in Cheryl at a very young age. Her father, along with his siblings, started Scott Printing and Advertising in Van Nuys, California in 1968. Cheryl’s professional background is highly varied with experience in marketing, public relations, brand management and event planning. Her diverse skill-set is essential to her success in real estate.

Prior to her foray into real estate in 2005, Cheryl lived and worked in London for a bit. While there she used her expertise to launch and market several dental aesthetic clinics throughout the United Kingdom. Upon her return to the States, Cheryl was hired by Countrywide to head up a training department in the home equity loan division. It was at this time that she acquired her license and started to learn the business of real estate.

Cheryl was trained by her mentor, a top producing real estate agent who has had a strong presence in the Los Angeles market for over thirty-four years. Her mentor’s experience coupled with Cheryl’s eagerness to master the business provided Cheryl with a priceless foundation for real estate sales.

Real estate has nearly become an American pastime, not unlike baseball, in that people often revel in the market as a sport of sorts. That being said, Cheryl prides herself in monitoring the constant pulse of the market in order to educate and inform her clients and keep them up to date with stats and market shifts. Cheryl comes highly recommended by past and present clients and is happy to share testimonials and client referrals upon request.
